Non-Executive Chairman

Sytze is an experienced executive who has led international businesses across several industries and geographies, orchestrating the building, scaling, and transformation of these businesses.

Sytze was the CEO of Synlab Analytics & Services, a division of Synlab that operated 37 labs across 11 countries and generated annual revenue of €200 million. Under his leadership, Sytze successfully led an M&A exit process, culminating in the sale of the division to SGS in 2020, ahead of the subsequent IPO of the Synlab Group.

Scott Mison

Executive Director & Company Secretary

Scott brings more than 25 years of corporate and operational experience across Australia, the United Kingdom, Central Asia, Africa and the United States where he has held a range of Director, CFO and Company secretary roles with ASX and LSE companies. 

Scott holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a  Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Governance Institute of Australia.
